We’re from Australia and our rough 3 week plan is too fly into Vietnam then Cambodia- Laos- Philippines. Money isn’t an issue as we have been saving for this trip but wondering what our thoughts are on trying to do all 4 countries in such a short amount of time and also visas for travelling inter-countries?
Vietnam- 6 days
Cambodia- 7 days
Philippines – 4 days
and Laos- 4 days.

However a few facts that you left out are nearly all coffee companies in VN cut their coffee with roasted soybean and corn. This gives it its black colour, and makes it cheaper to produce. Some companies use only 15% coffee. The flavours you experience are not from the coffee, they are artificial chemical flavours added after roasting. They do not roast the beans in butter, usually cheap synthetic butter from China is added to the beans along with the chemical flavourings after roasting. Real weasel coffee is all but unavailable, if it is it will be more like 1000 plus per kg. Cheap weasel coffee for 100 per kg is from caged force fed weasels

Hi Ellie, sorry for the late reply, but I think it would be totally fine. Mr. Hung was waiting for us at the bus station when we arrived, took my wife with him and hired another moto-taxi for me. The only potential drawback (depending on your personality) is that it could be a little lonely depending on how many other people happen to be there at the time.

Not too many places even accept credit cards. ATM’s are everywhere. We opened a bank account through Charles Schwab that didn’t charge ATM fees and just withdrew cash every few days where ever we were.
